Ukraine has partnered with many international tech companies, such as Cloudflare and Microsoft, to try to build resilience in its encryptions and systems.
As Russia launched its invasion, modems of satellite operator Viasat’s KA-SAT network in Europe were also disabled via a cyberattack.
Microsoft added it had detected Russian network intrusion efforts on 128 organisations in 42 countries outside Ukraine.
